Step aside board lords, the ladies get control of the lights! In this workshop, women+ will learn the foundational skills for the Moon Board, Tension Board, and Spray Board! Our coaches will teach you how to navigate choosing problems, generate powers and strength, use the boards for training, and make up your own problems all through the prospective of female climbers.
