Monday, June 1st: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Wednesday, June 3rd: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Friday, June 5th: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

GEARage Sale Time:
Saturday, June 13th: 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM

Pick-Up Times:
Monday, June 15th: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Wednesday, June 17th: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Friday, June 19th: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

How to Participate
Preregister Your Items Online:
Dates: May 6th – May 31st
Information Needed: Your name, item name, item price, and Venmo name. Register using this form before bringing your items to the gym. Each form submission allows a maximum of 10 items. If you have more than 10 items, please fill out the form multiple times.

Drop Off Your Items:
Visit the Walker’s Point gym during any of the drop-off times.
You will receive a sticker tag to label your item.
No gear will be accepted after Friday, June 5th.

Gear Sale Process:
Your items will be displayed during the GEARage Sale.
If an item is sold, Adventure Rock will retain 10% of the sale price and Venmo you the remaining funds.

Pick Up Unsold Items:
Collect your items during any of the pick-up times.
If you cannot make it during these times, contact us at Luiz@adventurerock.com to schedule an alternative pick-up time.
Adventure Rock does not assume liability for any losses arising from theft, damage, misplacement, or any unforeseen incidents during, before, or after the GEARage Sale. Sellers are encouraged to remain present with their items throughout the sale. Furthermore, it is the responsibility of the sellers to retrieve their items once the sale concludes. Adventure Rock will charge 10% of the item’s sale price as a service fee; all payments will be paid out via Venmo.
