Get ready to move some weight! This weekly group is designed for anyone looking to build strength, learn proper technique, and feel more confident in the gym.
Our trainers meet you where you’re at, whether you’re picking up a barbell for the first time or pushing past a plateau. Expect a welcoming, goal-driven atmosphere where progress matters more than PRs.

We’ll help you lift safely, train smart, and get stronger week after week.
You bring the effort, we’ll bring the coaching and community.

Flexible Options:
No more 4-week sessions! You can now drop in or use a punch pass that fits your schedule.

Pricing:

  • Single Session – $35

  • 5-Punch Pass – $140 ($28 / session)

  • 10-Punch Pass – $250 ($25 / session)

Punch passes are good for this class and the Women’s Lifting Group.
