This is a four part series that will unfold over the course of 2025. The workshop will consist of sharing information, discussion with one another, individual journaling, and a practice focused on the crown chakra. Attendance at all sessions is not mandatory to participate in this offering!
Partner Yoga**Pricing reflects two participants/pair
The word 'yoga' means union in Sanskrit, and this is exactly what partner yoga aims to achieve - a uniting of two people. Whether you want to share a unique date night, enjoy a non-competitive physical activity, or just connect more deeply, we encourage you to join us for Partner Yoga. This is an adult yoga class and is for students 13 and up only.
End your weekend with time for gentle movement, long held stretches, supported postures and a guided meditation designed to give you space to reflect, restore and just be. Learn how to prepare the body for meditation and how to quiet the mind to become more receptive and to increase the quality of your sleep.
Yin is a physical practice of letting go of tension in the body through grounding poses that are held for longer periods of time to allow access to layers deeper than muscle such as fascia, connective tissues and joints. It is a true challenge for the mind to sit in stillness so the body can open.
Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice that utilizes the five energetic layers (koshas) to access the hypnagogic state, the state we're in between wakefulness and sleep. Through awareness of the physical, energetic and mental layers, we can become most receptive to intuition and learning. We do this through a body scan, a focus on breath and visualizations. Delve into 90 minutes of bliss to prepare yourself for the week ahead.

Yoga for Neurodiversity Workshop
WORKSHOP THEME: Neurodivergent Joy!
In honor of Neurodiversity Celebration Week, join Becky for an educational and interactive Yoga for Neurodiversity workshop exploring the joy of connection through stimmy, playful movement and mindfulness practices.
In a society that isn’t designed with neurodiversity in mind, the practice of yoga can provide an opportunity to celebrate the differences that make us unique, and to openly and authentically express joy within neurodivergent bodies. All brains and bodies deserve to be accepted, understood, cared for, and valued, and when we offer the teachings of yoga in an affirming and inclusive way, all of us can experience the joy of being ourselves.
During this 90-minute accessible, neuro-affirming, and trauma-aware workshop you can expect:
An info-dump from the heart about the challenges and joys of being neurodivergent.
Yoga and mindfulness practices for embracing differences and cultivating experiences of joy, including options for movement on a mat or in a chair.
Opportunities to question, reflect, journal, and share.
Flexible ways to participate and communicate however you feel most comfortable. Stimming and use of sensory tools like fidgets, plushies, and comfort items is encouraged.
If you have questions about accessibility (or anything else), please email Becky at yogaforneurodiversity@gmail.com and know that I am genuinely happy to help.
