Tired of the same old crow?
Come experiment with variations of the classic Crow pose (Bakasana). Aside from playing & gaining deeper understanding of your body's mechanics, learning variations of familiar postures can liven & invigorate your yoga practice, leaning away from stagnation with more variety & challenge in your asana spice rack.
We'll spend our time together warming up amply for a handful of the dozen+ variations possible, exploring the variations, and cooling down the body comfortably into final relaxation. Familiarity with Crow pose is highly recommended but anyone is welcome to come learn & play.
This is an adult yoga class open to students ages 14 and up.
