Battle of the Ages is Adventure Rock’s high-energy, age-bracketed rope climbing competition where climbers of all ages—from kids to seasoned veterans—compete within their own age group. Whether you’re pushing for the podium or just looking for a fun night of climbing, BOTA is all about friendly competition, community, and a good time.

How It Works

Battle of the Ages is self-scored, so keep track of your climbs throughout the night and see how you stack up within your age division.

Come with a belayer or make a new climbing friend at the event. Great routes, plenty of climbing, and a relaxed competitive atmosphere make BOTA just as fun for first-time competitors as it is for climbers chasing the podium.

Adventure Rock members climb free.
Non-members can participate with the purchase of a regular day pass.
