Climbing 101 is a 6-week progressive course designed for adult beginners (or any adult looking to revisit the fundamentals of climbing). Through hands-on instruction, guided practice, and group discussion, you'll develop core skills like movement technique, route reading, and proper climbing etiquette—all in a supportive, social setting.
Each week focuses on a specific theme, gradually building your knowledge and ability as a climber. Sessions are led by our certified Climbing Wall Instructors, with plenty of time for individualized feedback and practice.
Your registration includes a complimentary gym membership for the duration of the course, so you can reinforce what you’ve learned between sessions.
