Slow Flow offers a gentle approach to yoga, with unhurried transitions and longer holds that invite you to deepen your breath, build awareness, and settle into each posture. It’s slower and lower to the ground than a Vinyasa class—perfect for those looking to move mindfully without rushing. This is an adult yoga class open to students ages 13 and up.
Please note: If no students are registered at least 2 hours before class begins (or by closing time the night before for 7 AM classes), the session will be cancelled. Be sure to sign up in advance to secure your spot!
