Climbing Merit Badge
Earn your Climbing Merit Badge at Adventure Rock! Your scouts will work directly with our Certified Climbing Wall Instructors, covering Leave No Trace and Outdoor Code, gear, knots, top-rope belaying, and everyone’s favorite, rappelling. Our instructors meet all of the requirements set in the BSA Merit Badge Handbook and cover all of the necessary skills for the scouts to earn their Climbing Merit Badge

5-hour session led by Adventure Rock staff

Covers Leave No Trace and Outdoor Code, gear, knots, top-rope belay instruction, and rappelling

Harnesses, belay devices, and ropes provided

Climbing shoes are not included.

Participant Requirements:
- Must be at least 11 years old

All climbers under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian

Closed-toe shoes required (climbing shoes available to rent)
