WHSCL League Fee + Code of Conduct

This form is for students who practice at Odyssey Climbing + Fitness, Climb @ the Loop, Greater Heights, Fond du Lac, New London, or anywhere else outside of  Adventure Rock. 
Students who practice at Adventure Rock should visit one of the following links, based on their team's practice location:
Brookfield
Milwaukee 
Walker's Point
