Climbing 101Looking for a fun new challenge? Climbing 101 is a 4-week course designed to help adults build confidence and skills on the wall. You’ll learn the fundamentals of rock climbing through hands-on instruction, guided practice, and group discussion. Each week focuses on a new aspect of climbing in a supportive, social environment. Plus, you’ll get a complimentary gym membership for the duration of the class so you can keep practicing outside of class time. Whether you're just starting out or want to sharpen your skills, this course is a great place to begin.
